岗位名称：维修技术员-电气 Position Title : Maintenance technician - Electric 工作地点：江苏江阴 Base in : Jiangsu Jiangyin 主要职责 Main responsibility： 1.Reduce the equipment downtime, technical support to maintenance technician. 降低设备的停机时间，现场维修技术员的技术支持 2.Understand and use maintenance records to establish and improve the standardization of equipment maintenance. 理解和使用维修记录来建立和改善设备维护的标准化 3.Keep the spare parts in control, define the standard technical and safety stock. Buy new spare parts and replenish used parts. 保证备件的可控性，制定备件的技术标准及安全库存，采购新的备件及消耗的备件补库 4.Understand the maintenance KPl, analysis and shoot the root cause for KPI failure. 理解维修的 KPI 水平，以及分析造成 KPI 不达标的根本原因，并且消除 5.Understand the manufacturing process, and have the ability to debug all the production equipment. 理解制造工艺流程，并有能力调试车间生产设备 6.Be familiar with grinding maintenance, such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic. 熟悉磨削设备的维修，例如机械、电气、气压、液压等故障的维修 7.Cooperate with equipment supplier for new machine installation. 协调设备供应商进行新设备的安装工作 8.Cooperate with related departments to continue to improve. 与相关部门合作进行持续改善 9.Maintain and update the maintenance documents. 维护并更新维修文档 10.Solve and record troubleshooting documents for troubleshooting. 解决并记录故障解决文档 11.Support the new machine release job. 参与设备的预验收与终验收工作 12.Be familiar with TPM. 熟悉设备 TPM 活动 13. Other jobs arranged by your superior. 完成上级安排的其他工作任职要求 Qualification; 1.Education & Major 学历与专业 Mechanical, electrical and related education background. Junior college degree or above. 具有机械、电气及相关的教育背景，大专或以上学位 2.Language 语言 Normal communication in English in advance 英文能正常交流更佳 3.Total working experience 整体工作经验 With 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair, grinding machine & automatic Ass. Line ,maintenance experence in advance. 具有5年以上的设备维护与维修相关经验，具备磨削维修/自动化装配线经验更佳 4.Specific knowledge 特殊技能知识 Familiar with PLC for equipment debugging, be familiar with PLC programming. 熟练使用 PLC 进行设备调试，熟悉 PLC 编程 5.Familiar with CAD/Inventor or other 3D/2D drawing software. 熟练使用 CAD/Inventor 或者其他相关 3D/2D 绘图软件其他Others 1.Good behavior. 良好的工作态度。 2.Good team work spirit 良好的团队合作精神
